Below is a listing of web resources available to faculty and staff. We’ve provided a brief description for each resource to assist you with navigation.

Workflow engine to process gifts, pledges and financial transactions with an API to integrate data and processes over the cloud with our data warehouse and Advance systems. It is also responsible for managing the AlumniQ.

Advance Web is the system of record for fundraising activities of the University of Maryland. The application is maintained by the USM. Authorization is required for accessing this resource. When prompted, please use your Advance credentials. For questions relating to this resource please email ur-ba@umd.edu.

The University of Maryland College Park Foundation website provides information on the Board of Trustees, gift forms and related information. For questions regarding this resource please contact Kevin Kpfister at kpfister@umd.edu.

The Giving to Maryland site accepts online credit card gifts and pledge payments for funds managed by the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.

This resource provides access to Advance/BSR web reports. To access the reports, make sure you are connected to VPN (GlobalProtect). Go to https://urreports.umd.edu/reports. For username enter your directory ID (which is the ID you use when logging into your timesheet.) For password enter your UR network password (which is the password you use when you log into your desktop computer when in the office.) If you are having any access related issues, please open a ticket with UR IT at https://itsupport.umd.edu/ur.

University of Maryland faculty and staff can use this ticketing system to request alumni, donor and fundraising related data located in the Advance database. This ticketing system can also be used for Advance access, training, and password reset requests; activity and committee codes requests; data load requests; and other training requests.

For requests for IT services, including computer setup, printer setup, recommendations on IT-related purchases, moving computers to new locations for current users, etc.

Submit a request with the Office of Prospect Research and Management's ticketing system.

University Relations staff can use this system to submit a gift agreement request to the Office of Donor Relations and Stewardship (DRS). When a request is fully completed and submitted to DRS, this prompts DRS to draft a new gift agreement to establish a new endowed or current- use named fund. For any questions regarding gift agreement requests, please contact giftagreements@umd.edu.

The endowment portal is a tool for stewardees of endowed funds that provides instant access to timely, secure and comprehensive information about their fund. This internet-based portal can show quarterly market values, yearly spendable income, fund performance over time, scholarship recipients and the yearly endowment report overview. Endowed fund stewardees receive account activation information in the yearly endowment report mailing, or by request.

Incoming Contribution System (ICS) is responsible for accepting and processing all gifts and contributions to the University of Maryland. It is managed by Gift Acceptance.
