Bryan Swann, MBA '16 and Ryan Swann '06 established the Swann Endowed Scholarship for the Student Success Initiative in October 2021 and amended it in March 2024. This fund provides merit-based scholarships for undergraduate students who are involved with the Student Success Initiative, a student-led program that empowers the Black student population academically, financially and professionally, through the Division of Student Affairs.
