College Park Scholars is a nationally acclaimed, two-year living-learning program offered to academically talented students. Scholars students live and learn with peers who have similar scientific, academic, and professional interests and receive mentoring from expert faculty and staff whose offices are in the residence hall. The CMNS College Park Scholars Fund provides unrestricted support for activities related to the Life Sciences Scholars program. Students have the opportunity to learn both inside and outside of the classroom, through field trips, study abroad offerings, service projects, research, internships, and more. Your support will bring scientists, authors, and policy makers from outside the university to campus to meet and teach the Life Sciences Scholars. It will also support students interested in the many travel study opportunities organized through Life Sciences to such places as Alaska, Australia, and Hawaii.
