It provides support for research in the field of veterinary medicine in the Department of Veterinary Medicine in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
Barbara Holton Terwilliger (1935-1983) was the owner of the American Dairy Goat Association pedigreed farm, RaGoChi Bend. She was affectionately known throughout the Cooperative Extension program as the “goat lady” and was an active speaker and advocate for the dairy goat industry. From two dairy goats to a herd of well over 100; she traced lineage and through her efforts, RaGoChi Bend was a recognized leader and breeder in the Northeast from New York to Connecticut.
