Workflow engine to process gifts, pledges and financial transactions with an API to integrate data and processes over the cloud with our data warehouse and Advance systems. It is also responsible for managing the AlumniQ.

The Giving to Maryland site accepts online credit card gifts and pledge payments for funds managed by the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.
This resource provides access to Advance/BSR web reports. To access the reports, make sure you are connected to VPN (GlobalProtect). Go to https://urreports.umd.edu/reports. For username enter your directory ID (which is the ID you use when logging into your timesheet.) For password enter your UR network password (which is the password you use when you log into your desktop computer when in the office.) If you are having any access related issues, please open a ticket with UR IT at https://itsupport.umd.edu/ur.
University of Maryland faculty and staff can use this ticketing system to request alumni, donor and fundraising related data located in the Advance database. This ticketing system can also be used for Advance access, training, and password reset requests; activity and committee codes requests; data load requests; and other training requests.

Incoming Contribution System (ICS) is responsible for accepting and processing all gifts and contributions to the University of Maryland. It is managed by Gift Acceptance.
