What has your scholarship meant to you and how has it enabled you to pursue new and exciting opportunities?

The Waggner Endowed Scholarship has allowed me to go to school while taking financial pressures off of my parents. I feel good knowing the engineering school and its supporters are helping with my education.

Why did you choose to attend the University of Maryland, what makes this place special to you and what is your favorite part of being a Terp?

I chose to attend College Park because of its reputation as a great engineering school. In coming here, I knew I would be getting the education that would take me far in my engineering and science career.
