Established in March 1994 by Dr. Arun K. Guha in memory and honor of his son, Sujon Guha, and amended in June 1996. The income shall be used to support annual awards, to be known as the Sujon Guha Memorial Award for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership, to be awarded to graduating seniors for the best written theses in the fields of electrical engineering and economics.
