For his leadership and dedication, Perry was recognized by the University's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Following graduation, Perry accepted a position with Geo-Technology Associates, a local engineering firm, where he lived out his passion for civil engineering every day. Perry tragically passed away on March 18th 2005 in a car accident.
