Scholarship History

Kenneth L. Wayman and Catherine J. McAuliffe '71 established the Wayman Family Endowed Scholarship in November 2015 to provide merit-based scholarships for undergraduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering.

Donor Statement

Kenneth L. Wayman and Catherine J. McAuliffe '71 established the Wayman Family Endowed Scholarship in November 2015 to provide merit-based scholarships for undergraduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering. The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to five academic years at Maryland as long as recipients maintain a 3.0 GPA and remain enrolled in the A. James Clark School of Engineering. Upon graduation of a recipient - or leaves the A. James Clark School of Engineering - a new incoming freshman will receive the scholarship.
