Scholarship History

Alex Klatskin, FAIA '88 created the Klatskin Foreign Travel Endowment in December 2008 to assist with foreign travel expenses of students admitted to the graduate program in the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.

Donor Statement

Alex Klatskin, AIA, M.Arch. '88, is a partner with Forsgate Industrial Partners based in Teterboro, New Jersey. A founding member of the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation's Leaders Committee, in 2008 he was presented the School's Distinguished Alumni Award. Recognizing the influence foreign travel and study had and continues to have on his work as an architect and developer, Mr. Klatskin established an endowed fund to provide foreign study opportunities for students admitted to the graduate architectural program in the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
