Paul Berg Diamondback Scholarship

Scholarship History

Family, friends and newspaper colleagues of the late Paul Berg established the Paul Berg Diamondback Scholarship in March 1989 to support a student who has displayed special achievement and effort in writing, reporting, editing, photography/graphics or overall journalistic skills as a Diamondback news staff member or editor. Paul Berg was a Diamondback editor who became assistant editor of the Washington Post Health Section.
