Below is a listing of web resources available to faculty and staff. We’ve provided a brief description for each resource to assist you with navigation. We have also provided contact information for every resource should you need further assistance.

As some of these resources reside on different networks we are unable to provide a common login for all. We’ve provided information on which of your credentials to use below each resource’s title. As well, below is a list of the resources and credential to use.
Please note that not everyone will have access to all resources. Please follow the information provided for further assistance.

In appreciation of our scholarship donors and in recognition of the achievements of our student scholars, this website connects donors to scholarships recipients and provides information on the scholarships, student bios and testimonials. The University of Maryland College Park Foundation website provides information on the Board of Trustees, gift forms and related information. For questions regarding this resource please contact Emily Nerret at enerret@umd.edu
University of Maryland faculty and staff can use this system to request alumni, donor and fundraising related data located in the Advance/BSR database. As well, University Relations staff can submit hardware and e-mail support requests. Login via directory ID is required. For more information, including help with this system, please login to the system using your directory credentials as there are more directions and guideliines published there.
Please use the options to the left to submit your gift information. A detailed and a quick user guide have been provided. Remember to send all gift backup information (checks, etc) to the Gift Acceptance Office, 4191 Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center, College Park, MD 20742 via campus mail. The Giving to Maryland site accepts online credit card gifts and pledge payments for funds managed by the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.

Welcome to the University of Maryland's Endowment Fund Report System. The Endowment Fund Report System is a new tool provided for Endowment Donors to allow them to see reports of their endowed funds.
